Rapper Diddy Reportedly Rushed to Hospital From Prison

American music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs has reportedly been taken from prison to a hospital for treatment after suffering a head injury, according to TMZ.

Sources told the entertainment outlet that the 56-year-old rapper was taken out of FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey at about 1 a.m. local time on Saturday. He was reportedly returned to the prison grounds before sunrise the same day.

The circumstances surrounding the reported injury remain unclear, including how Combs sustained the head injury. The development comes amid a turbulent period for the disgraced music producer, who has been behind bars since October 2025.

In July, Combs was reportedly involved in a confrontation with another inmate. More recently, reports claimed he had been moved to a special housing unit following allegations that he was enjoying privileges behind bars, including massages, access to alcohol and the use of a mobile phone to view nude photographs.

His prison release date was also reportedly brought forward in September. Combs had initially been scheduled for release on May 8, 2028, but the date was later moved to January 21, 2028.

The founder of Bad Boy Records was sentenced to 50 months in prison last year after being convicted on two prostitution-related charges. He was acquitted of the more serious charges of racketeering and sex trafficking.
